As we cannot send eMails to unknown or misspelled addresses it is decisive to ascertain whether the email address was entered accurately.

I am not that sure. What can I do now?

I am absolutely sure that my eMail address has been entered correctly. But I did not receive an eMail / eTicket. What´s wrong?

We do our best to prevent our eMails from being rated as Spam. Nevertheless it is simply impossible to restrain all kind of paranoid spamfilters.

That´s why we recommend to check the spamfolder of your mail account at first.

In case you discover the desired eMail in there mark it as "No Spam". To avoid similar difficulties in the future mostly all mail providers and mail programs offer the opportunity to define rules. Please exclude some or all of the following data from the list of possible Spam senders.

• Mailserver name: dedi936.your-server.de
• Mailserver IP address: 78.46.3.136

There is none of your mails in my spamfolder. What shall I do now?
